Co-Creative Directors Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim interpret nature as a resplendent autumn harvest rich with color and texture.
Flowered fabrics are abundant, highlighted by geraniums and morning glories in shades ranging from bright white to soft ivory, from delicate pink to deep red. Blossoms drift across cotton dresses that skim the thigh and graze the calf, with sleeves that are sheer, long, puffed, juliet or simply not there at all.
The collection introduces “unfinished” patterns—reminiscent of an artist who has left portions of a canvas incomplete and laid bare to the viewer’s imagination. To generate the look, a profusion of blossoms, leaves and acorns were drawn by Garcia and partially hand-painted by the design team. The pattern comes to life on dresses, jackets and coats, hinting at a sense of intrigue and mystery.
